Helpful people, fast service.

I`m very happy to join Sir Sudheer`s classes. He uses yoga not in the form of exercise but a mind, body workout with proper breathing. Irrespective of age or level of fitness he tailors the asanas to our needs. I`m 65 year old lady with arthritis but am enjoying the asanas without any pain. I have better stamina, less stress, better digestion and better sleep. Only if I could get some more time in the class.
